随着我国选拔人才制度的日臻完善,依法考试,提高全民族素质的战略方针正在进一步落实。考试作为国家选育人才的重要手段,日益对社会政治生活和经济生活产生极其重要的影响。因此,建立一支高素质的考试管理队伍,对促进社会主义现代化建设至关重要。笔者认为,提高考试管理人员的素质,应做好四个方面的转变: 一是由单纯业务型向政治业务复合型转变。考试机关作为行使国家权力的重要部门,作为选拔、造就人才的重要阵地,具有鲜明的政治性。因此,对于考试管理人员的要求,首先要具有较高的政治素质。过去那种只注重具体事务的忙碌或仅凭对工作的热情,是承担不了依法考试,提高全民族素质重大历史任务的。因为随着依法治考方针的提出和实施,考试作为选育社会经济所需人才的重要手段,已经不仅仅是单纯的业务活动,而是一门具有丰富政治内容和高度艺术性的管理科学。所以,作为考试管理人
As the system of selecting qualified personnel in our country is perfecting day by day, the strategic guideline of examining people according to law and improving the quality of the whole nation is being further implemented. Examination as an important means of national breeding talent, increasingly on social and political life and economic life have an extremely important impact. Therefore, establishing a high-quality examination management team is crucial to promoting socialist modernization. The author believes that to improve the quality of the exam management staff, we should do a good job in four aspects of the change: First, from a purely business-oriented political complex change.
