当今工程建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈,充分利用社会资源,把非主体工程进行分包,引进劳务队伍,是非常普遍的现象。但是,如何对工程分包进行系统的管理,规避风险,避免经济合同纠纷,值得我们进一步的探讨。
Today’s construction market is increasingly fiercely competitive. It is quite common to make full use of social resources and sub-contract non-subjective projects to introduce labor force. However, how to manage the system subcontract systematically, avoid the risk and avoid the economic contract dispute deserves our further discussion.
