文章通过对制动盘建立散热模型,分析制动盘的热平衡温度,并提出降温措施。其中,增加制动盘的散热时间,增加辅助制动装置以有效地分担制动盘的负荷,有效地降低制动盘的温度。同时对于6x4牵引车匹配半挂车组成的列车在下长坡时的制动盘温度进行分析,提出多种辅助制动装置经过匹配后可以得到更好的制动性能,降低制动盘的负荷。
The paper establishes the heat dissipation model of the brake disc, analyzes the thermal equilibrium temperature of the brake disc, and puts forward the cooling measures. Among them, the cooling time of the brake disc is increased, the auxiliary brake device is added to effectively share the load of the brake disc, and the temperature of the brake disc is effectively reduced. At the same time, the analysis of the brake disc temperature of tractor with 6x4 tractor matching semitrailer under long down slope is put forward. After matching, many kinds of auxiliary brake devices can get better braking performance and reduce the load of the brake disc.
