在本文中首先论述了防洪发电库容分配有失之主要因素,提出了防洪发电库容分配的新 方法。根据这一方法去有仅能合理的计算防洪库容之计算支出,而且大大的化简了计算工 作。 本文中文第二部分讨论了几种不同调节类型之防洪发电水库,分别对每一种调节类型水 库提出了考虑共用库容时之保证出力及多年平均电能简化计算方法。 在本文之最后一部分,论证了利用防洪库容获得保证出力及多年平均电能之经济性和合 理性。
In this paper, the main factors of loss of capacity of flood control power generation are discussed first, and a new method of flood distribution capacity is proposed. According to this method, there is only computational expenditure that can only reasonably calculate the flood control storage capacity, and greatly simplifies the calculation work. The second part of this paper discusses several flood control generating reservoirs of different types of regulation and proposes a simplified calculation method for each type of regulation reservoirs when considering the common storage capacity and the multi-year average power calculation. In the last part of this paper, we demonstrate the economy and rationality of using flood storage capacity to ensure output and multi-year average power.
