目的了解始兴县医疗机构死亡病例的死因构成,掌握其动态变化趋势。方法利用2007—2009年全县医疗机构通过网络直报死亡个案进行相关统计指标分析。结果 2007—2009年医疗机构共报告死亡病例569例,其中男性363例,女性206例;在医院病房内死亡的有467例,占82.1%,在医院之外死亡的102例,占17.9%。慢性非传染性疾病、意外伤害和中毒是医疗机构死亡病例的最主要死因,分别占死亡总数的62.21%、14.76%;死因顺位前5位的疾病分别是:恶性肿瘤(21.79%)、脑血管病(16.34%)、意外伤害和中毒(14.76%)、心脏病(12.30%)、呼吸系统疾病(6.15%),前5位死因的死亡病例共占死亡总数的71.34%。各年龄组的死因构成和顺位也不同,0~岁组主要死因主要是先天性疾病导致出生缺陷,占该年龄组死亡总数的39.13%(18/46)、1~29岁的主要死因是意外损伤和中毒,慢性非传染性疾病的死因则从30~岁开始成为首位。结论慢性非传染性疾病、意外伤害和中毒是医疗机构报告死亡病例的主要死因构成,加强慢性非传染性疾病防治,强化安全生产意识,加强对意外伤害和中毒的救治是降低本地死亡率的重要手段。
Objective To understand the death causes of medical institutions in Shixing and to understand the trend of their dynamic changes. Methods From 2007 to 2009, the medical institutions across the county directly reported the death of the case through statistical analysis of relevant indicators. Results A total of 569 deaths were reported in medical institutions from 2007 to 2009, including 363 males and 206 females; 467 deaths in hospital wards (82.1%) and 102 deaths outside hospitals (17.9%). Chronic non-communicable diseases, accidental injuries and poisoning were the leading causes of death in medical institutions, accounting for 62.21% and 14.76% of the total respectively. The top five causes of death were malignant tumors (21.79%), brain Vascular diseases (16.34%), accidental injuries and poisoning (14.76%), heart disease (12.30%), respiratory diseases (6.15%), and deaths of the top five causes accounted for 71.34% of the total deaths. The cause of death and the rank of each age group are also different. The main causes of death in 0 ~ age group are congenital diseases which lead to birth defects, accounting for 39.13% (18/46) of the total deaths in this age group. The main cause of death aged from 1 to 29 is accident Injury and poisoning, the cause of death of chronic non-communicable diseases from the age of 30 to become the first place. Conclusions Chronic non-communicable diseases, accidental injuries and poisoning are the major cause of deaths reported by medical institutions. It is important to strengthen prevention and control of chronic non-communicable diseases, strengthen safety awareness and strengthen accidental injury and poisoning treatment to reduce local mortality means.
