提高高碳钢盘条内部索氏体可使其具有优异的综合力学性能,在金属制品行业已被广泛应用。介绍了高碳钢盘条索氏体组织的形成机理及其对材料性能的影响,阐述了微合金元素在高碳钢盘条中的应用,分析了轧制过程中终轧温度及冷却速度等工艺参数的控制,并对我国今后高碳钢盘条生产工艺技术的研究方向进行了展望。
