合金炉渣及焊剂中氟化钙的测定,我们过去是用碳酸盐熔融分解,以氟氯化铅沉淀分离,容量法测定此法虽然准确,但费时多,难以满足急样和大批样品的分析要求。为此,我们采用了热分解法分离氟,以硝酸钍滴定法测定氟,试验结果证明,此法重现性好,准确度高,速度快,分析一个样品只需25分钟。热解分离法由 Warf 等提出,后经 Powell 等改进,Stanlly 等证明方法有效。我们参照 Powell 的改进方法进行了试验。
