目的：了解我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用现状,为规范管理提供科学依据,促进抗菌药物的合理应用。方法：抽取出院病人病历资料820份进行统计分析。结果：我院住院患者抗菌药物使用率为80.9%,单一用药为49.2%,二联用药为42.4%,三联用药为8.1%;使用抗菌药物天数占住院总天数的平均百分比为58.6%,最长时间为35d,平均使用时间为（8±4）d;围术期预防用药时机合理（术前≤2h）的占9.0%,术后预防用药持续时间合理的占5.6%。将3～4代头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖苷类作为Ⅰ类切口围术期预防
