目的采用指纹图谱追踪石淋通片工艺过程中黄酮类成分的转移率。方法采用HPLC法分析,色谱柱为Zorbax SB-Aq;流动相为乙腈-0.05%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱);检测波长为270nm;流速为1mL.min-1;柱温为40℃。结果广金钱草11个主要特征峰的转移率在42.02%~84.17%之间;主要工艺步骤指纹峰的相似度为0.9857~0.9999之间。结论石淋通片的工艺能大部分保留广金钱草黄酮类成分,为石淋通片的工艺评价提供了一定参考。
Objective To observe the transfer rate of flavonoids in the process of Shilin tablet by fingerprinting. Methods The chromatographic column was Zorbax SB-Aq. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution). The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL.min-1. The column temperature was 40 ℃. Results The transfer rate of 11 main characteristic peaks of A. chrysogenum ranged from 42.02% to 84.17%. The similarity of fingerprint peaks of main process steps was between 0.9857 and 0.9999. Conclusion Shilin tablet can retain most of the process of flavonoids, which provided some reference for the process evaluation of Shirongtong tablet.
