本文计算分析了影响径向直线槽液体机械密封性能的因素,着重探讨了结构设计参数对密封的泄漏率、开启力和槽坝交界处液体压力的影响,发现非槽区膜厚和槽深对它们的影响最为显著;还分析了槽深对液体膜刚度的影响,发现刚度随槽深的增加而迅速降低,说明槽较深时,其动压效果已不明显,此时槽主要产生流体静压的作用。
