原发性肝癌是广西,也是全国高发的恶性肿瘤。手术切除仍是治疗的首选方法,但总体疗效不理想,迫切需要研究和发展新的治疗方法。近10年来,随着分子生物学技术和理论的飞速发展,使基因治疗成为可能。肿瘤的基因治疗研究也成为目前肿瘤防治研究的一个活跃领域。基因治疗是指将外源基因导入目的细胞并有效表达,从而达到治疗疾病的目的。对于肝癌而言,是指将外源基因导入目的细胞以修复或纠正肿瘤相关基因缺陷或通过增强机体免疫抗瘤能力,最终达到直接或间接杀伤肿瘤细胞的目的。本文按基因治疗的作用原理简要地回顾和展望目前肝癌基因治疗的近况。
Primary liver cancer is Guangxi, but also the country’s high incidence of malignant tumors. Surgery is still the preferred method of treatment, but the overall effect is not satisfactory, there is an urgent need to study and develop new treatments. In the past 10 years, with the rapid development of molecular biology techniques and theories, gene therapy has become possible. Cancer gene therapy research has become an active field of cancer prevention and treatment. Gene therapy is the introduction of foreign genes into the target cells and effective expression, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of diseases. For liver cancer, refers to the introduction of foreign genes into the target cells to repair or correct tumor-related gene defects or by enhancing the body’s immune antitumor ability, and ultimately achieve the purpose of directly or indirectly killing tumor cells. In this paper, the principle of gene therapy briefly reviewed and prospects of the current status of gene therapy of liver cancer.
