The U.S. International Atomic Energy Agency is evaluating a jamming display using optical fibers. The seal studied has a unique optical pattern characteristic that does not form an image when light is transmitted through the optical fiber cable, and any change in the sealing characteristics that would otherwise occur if one wants to open one or change the optical fiber cable. In order to achieve this seal, the inspector of the facility passes a plastic cable of 2.2 mm in diameter through the fixture, which contains 64 randomly twisted fibers. The two ends of the cable pass through a rectangular hole in the center of a 5x2.5x1.25 cm plastic closure to form a hook and loop loop. Then a specially designed serrated
