论述了豆饼、肉骨粉和家禽副产品等廉价蛋白源代替条纹鲈实用饲料中鱼粉的养殖效果。测出投喂饲料2(不含鱼粉、含豆饼29 %、肉骨粉29 %、酒糟10 %)、饲料3(不含鱼粉、含豆饼32 %、家禽副产品28 %)、饲料5(含鱼粉15 %、豆饼44 %)和饲料6(含鱼粉30 %、豆饼26 %)的鱼生长差异不显著 ,而投喂饲料1(不含鱼粉、含豆饼30 %、肉骨粉31 %)和饲料4(含鱼粉7.5 %、豆饼54 %)的鱼生长较差。投喂饲料4的鱼特定生长率(2.14)显著低于投喂饲料2(2.70)、饲料3(2.80)、饲料5(2.68)和饲料6(2.84)的鱼 ,鱼的饲料转换率较高而且鱼体蛋白质(54 %)和水分(70 %)含量较高 ,鱼体脂肪含量(41 %)与投喂其它饲料的鱼近似。证实条纹鲈实用饲料中的鱼粉可全部用廉价蛋白源代替
