135型柴油机的汽缸头汽門搖臂(見图1),其技术要求为:(1)A圓中心綫对B面的不垂直度允差0.10毫米;(2)A圓的椭圓度及錐度尤差0.02毫米;(3)A圓的孔表面光洁度▽▽6。軸衬2的材料为QSn4-4-25(錫鋅鉛青銅),是用板料圈成;外体1用45銅鍛制,其內孔先用輪切式拉刀加工成φ30~(+0.023),然后压入衬套2。过去孔加工是采用普通圓孔拉刀,存在着徑向波紋、軸向拉痕及內孔两端呈喇叭口等缺陷,不能保証产品质量。刀具使用寿命短,每把拉刀平均加工800件;
