中频电源加热弯制合金钢管工艺自1982年鉴定以来,常州电力修造厂、天津电建综合加工厂等单位已按鉴定工艺进行定点生产。为了确保弯管质量,保证电站管道的安全运行,需制订有关中频弯管技术规范,根据以往的科研试验和生产实践,结合电站管道的实际需要,制订有关中频弯制低碳钢和合金钢钢管的技术规范。为了便于执行,对条文说明如下(对于在弯制奥氏体不锈钢钢管时可能遇到的问题也予以说明),希望各单位继续总结经验,加强交流,促进弯管技术的发展。
