目的:研究醛糖还原酶抑制剂及肌醇管饲对实验性糖尿病视网膜组织中葡萄糖、山梨醇和肌醇含量的影响。方法:给链脲佐菌素诱发的糖尿病大鼠饲以醛糖还原酶抑制剂或肌醇,于实验6月末用高效液相色谱法分析各组视网膜组织中葡萄糖、山梨醇和肌醇的含量。结果:糖尿病组葡萄糖、山梨醇含量显著增高,肌醇含量明显下降;糖尿病+醛糖还原酶抑制剂组山梨醇含量明显低于糖尿病+肌醇组和糖尿病组,而肌醇含量未见减少;糖尿病+肌醇组肌醇含量与正常对照组无显著差异,但山梨醇水平仍然升高。结论:醛糖还原酶抑制剂能有效地阻止视网膜组织中山梨醇聚集和肌醇含量下降;肌醇对组织中山梨醇的含量无影响,但能提高肌醇浓度。
Objective: To investigate the effects of aldose reductase inhibitors and inositol tube feeding on the contents of glucose, sorbitol and inositol in diabetic retinopathy. Methods: Diabetic rats induced by streptozotocin were fed with aldose reductase inhibitor or myo-inositol. The content of glucose, sorbitol and inositol in retinal tissue of each group was analyzed by HPLC at the end of experiment 6. Results: The levels of glucose and sorbitol were significantly increased and the inositol content was significantly decreased in diabetes mellitus group. The content of sorbitol in diabetes mellitus + aldose reductase inhibitor group was significantly lower than that in diabetes + inositol group and diabetes mellitus group, Inositol level in diabetes + myo-inositol group was not significantly different from the normal control group, but the level of sorbitol still increased. Conclusion: Aldose reductase inhibitors can effectively prevent the accumulation of sorbitol and the inositol content in retinal tissues. Inositol has no effect on the content of sorbitol in the tissues, but can increase the inositol concentration.
