隐性知识被资源战略学派(resource-based strategy approach)视为组织的核心竞争力,由于其独特性是企业知识创新的基础和源泉,是企业形成其竞争优势的关键资源,未来企业的竞争将体现在如何充分利用隐性知识,获取竞争优势的问题上来。企业如何得到这一核心竞争力是企业知识管理的一个重点。本文在分析隐性知识的内涵和共享模式的基础上,重点分析了企业员工隐性知识共享的阻碍因素,最后提出了促进企业员工隐性知识共享的对策。
