目的:考察羌活挥发油对马钱子中士的宁小鼠体外经皮渗透的影响。方法:用改良的Franz扩散池进行透皮吸收实验,以紫外分光光度法测定士的宁的含量,观察5%羌活挥发油对士的宁体外促透皮作用。结果:未加入与加入5%羌活挥发油后,士的宁(9 g/L)的24h平均累积渗透量分别为3.9547、5.5165 g/L;12 h平均透皮速率常数分别为0.1995、0.2716 g/(cm2.h);增渗倍数为1.3614。结论:5%羌活挥发油对士的宁有明显的体外促透皮作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of volatile oil from Radix Paeoniae on the in vitro permeation of Strychnine Ning mice. METHODS: Transdermal absorption experiments were performed using a modified Franz diffusion cell. The content of strychnine was determined by UV spectrophotometry. The effect of 5% volatile oil on strychnine’s in vitro transdermal delivery was observed. RESULTS: After the addition of 5% volatile oil, the average cumulative permeation amount of stilbene (9 g/L) was 3.9547 and 5.5165 g/L, respectively; the average permeation rate constants at 12 h were 0.1995 and 0.2716 g, respectively. (cm2.h); Infiltration enhancement is 1.3614. Conclusion: 5% volatile oil can significantly promote the transdermal effect of strychnine in vitro.
