一、前言直廓环面(球面)蜗杆副因其体积小重量轻,承载能力大和传动效率高,而在采矿、运输、造船、轧钢等重型机械传动中,得到了广泛的应用。但是这种传动副制造工艺复杂,难度较大,往往因为制造环节上的失控,影响了它的传动指标,因此很有必要对制造工艺进行深入的研究和有效的控制。本文想针对直廓环面蜗杆副制造工艺的第一个环节,即工艺锥和托承轴颈的选择及其工艺基准的控制,就工厂的生产实践进行一番深入的探讨。
I. INTRODUCTION The straight profile torus (spherical) worm gear has been widely used in heavy machinery transmission such as mining, transportation, shipbuilding and rolling because of its small size, light weight, large load capacity and high transmission efficiency. However, the manufacturing process of the transmission pair is complicated and difficult, often because of the uncontrolled manufacturing process, which affects its transmission index. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and effective control over the manufacturing process. In this paper, aiming at the first part of the manufacturing process of straight profile toroidal worm pair, that is, the selection of process cone and bearing journal and the control of process reference, some deep discussions are made on the factory production practice.
