液压防喷器是井控装置的关键部分,主要用途是在钻井、修井、试油等过程中控制井口压力,有效防止井喷事故发生,实现安全施工。手动锁紧装置是当液压失效时,用手动装置能及时关闭闸板,封闭井口或当需要长时间封井时,在液压关闭后,将闸板锁定在关闭位置的专用装置。该装置在现场使用过程中由于受现场安装条件限制,往往在液压关井时,由于滑动阻力太大,操作杆与锁紧轴固定如果不牢,易发生脱落。手动锁紧时,需重新进行安装,极大的影响了关井效率。于是我们在现有问题的基础上,进行了改进,研制出了可移动式手动操作杆,解决了这一问题。
Hydraulic blowout preventer is a key part of well control device. Its main purpose is to control the wellhead pressure during drilling, workover and oil testing to effectively prevent blowout accidents and achieve safe construction. Manual locking device is used when the hydraulic failure, the manual device can be shut down in time to close the wellhead or when the need for a long time closure, the hydraulic shut down, the gate locked in the closed position of the special device. The device in the field of use due to site installation conditions, often in the hydraulic shut-in, due to the sliding resistance is too large, the operating rod and the locking shaft if not fixed, easy to fall off. Manual locking, the need to re-install, greatly affected the shut-in efficiency. So we based on the existing problems, improved, developed a portable manual lever to solve this problem.
