目的研究某二氧化氯空气消毒剂的空气消毒效果和毒性。方法本研究通过实验室试验和现场空气消毒试验观察某品牌空气消毒机配套使用的消毒剂的空气消毒效果,同时采用急性吸入毒性试验和眼刺激性试验对消毒剂进行毒理学评价。结果按照样品说明书要求通过配套使用的空气消毒机产生二氧化氯气体,消毒作用30 min,对气雾柜内白色葡萄球菌3次试验的平均杀灭率为100.00%,对密闭房间空气中自然菌3次试验的平均消亡率为93.86%。该消毒剂对雌性SD大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50为369 mg/m3(95%CI为227~599 mg/m3),对雄性SD大鼠急性吸入毒性LC50为316 mg/m3(95%CI为205~488 mg/m3),属中等毒性;家兔急性眼刺激性试验属无刺激性。结论该二氧化氯空气消毒剂具有良好的空气消毒效果,但对呼吸系统有较强的刺激作用,日常使用时要注意做好防护,避免直接吸入。
Objective To study the air disinfection effect and toxicity of a chlorine dioxide air disinfectant. Methods In this study, air disinfection effect of disinfectant used in a certain brand of air disinfection machine was observed through laboratory tests and on-site air disinfection test. The toxicity of disinfectants was evaluated by acute inhalation toxicity test and eye irritation test. Results According to the instructions of the sample, chlorine dioxide gas was generated through the air disinfection machine which was used together with the sterilizing effect for 30 min. The average killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus in the aerosol cabinet was 100.00% The average death rate of three trials was 93.86%. The LC50 of the disinfectant to female Sprague-Dawley rats was 369 mg / m3 (95% CI: 227-599 mg / m3) and the LC50 of male inhabitants was 316 mg / m3 (95% CI: 205 ~ 488 mg / m3), is a moderate toxicity; rabbit acute eye irritation test is non-irritating. Conclusion The chlorine dioxide air disinfectant has a good air disinfection effect, but the respiratory system has a strong stimulating effect, daily use should pay attention to protection, to avoid direct inhalation.
