针对区域电网自动发电控制(AGC)软件中水电机组振动区建模方式不清晰,无法满足实际振动区跨越需求的问题,提出一种全厂控制方式下基于遥测信息的调度主站端动态振动区建模方法。基于该动态振动区模型,进一步探讨了调度主站AGC系统中水电机组振动区的躲避和跨越方法。针对不同的基点功率控制模式,论述了机组出力波动进入振动区后拉回及主动跨越振动区的控制逻辑,在保证水电机组安全性的前提下,充分利用水电机组的调节优势,实现水电机组调节范围内的连续调节。实际系统的运行效果表明,该方法有效改善了水电机组自动控制的安全性能,显著提升了AGC的区域调节效果。
