通过对热轧原料边部组织和力学性能的定性研究,阐述了其对冷轧轧制过程中切边质量和轧制边裂的影响,对于晶粒度不均或存在混晶的组织,使其横、纵向力学性能存在显著差异,会导致带钢在轧制过程中因横、纵向金属流动不均而产生边裂缺陷,严重时会引发轧机断带事故,为分析冷轧切边的质量和轧机轧制过程中的断带原因指出了新的思路。
