目的研究隐形义齿修复牙列缺损和牙列缺失的临床效果。方法用隐形义齿材料和隐形义齿多功能注压机制作隐形义齿554件，修复牙列缺损或牙列缺失528例。结果戴用义齿后，2例后牙简单缺失患者多次复诊仍感觉不适，其余患者对症处理后对义齿的外观与功能均表示满意。结论隐形义齿美观舒适。工艺简单易学，疗效满意。
