利用力学测试方法研究了甲基丙烯酸环氧丙酯(GMA)熔触接枝聚丙烯(PP-g-GMA)对聚丙烯/尼龙1010(PP/PA1010)共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,PP-g-GMA明显地改善了PP/PA1010共混体系的相容性,使该体系的屈服强度有大幅度的提高,并呈现出明显的正的协同效应。
The mechanical properties of polypropylene / nylon 1010 (PP / PA1010) blends were investigated by means of mechanical testing with GMA melt-contact polypropylene (PP-g-GMA) The results showed that PP-g-GMA significantly improved the compatibility of PP / PA1010 blends and significantly increased the yield strength of the blends. The PP-g-GMA showed a significant positive synergistic effect.
