北方寒冷的冬季是最适宜各学校开展跑步活动的季节,冬季跑步活功既可以锻炼学生不畏严寒的坚强意志品质,又可以达到提高学生体质健康水平的目的。但是各学校在开展冬季跑步活动时如果不注意一些安全问题的预防与处理,就会适得其反。开展跑步活动不但起不到对学生强身健体、愉悦身心的目的,反而会给学生身体造成伤害。笔者结合自身多年在基层学校开展跑步活动中积累的一些浅显经验,逐步总结,就北方学校开展冬季跑步活动需要注意的问题与同行商榷,旨在抛砖引玉。一、要注意防寒保暖,防止学生发生冻伤
The cold winter in the north is the most suitable season for schools to carry out running activities. The winter running exercises can not only train students to exercise their strong will to fear the cold, but also achieve the purpose of improving the students’ physical health. However, it is counterproductive for all schools to pay attention to the prevention and treatment of some safety problems when they carry out winter running activities. Carrying out running activities will not only fail to enhance students ’physical and mental health, but will also harm the students’ bodies. The author combines some superficial experience accumulated during her running activities in grassroots schools for many years and gradually summarizes the issues that need to be noticed when conducting winter running activities in northern schools.
