目的:观察不同温度下输液对手术患者体温的影响。方法:将56例子宫全切患者随机分为温液体组和室温液体组,分别于术前和术终及术后15、30、60、120 min记录肛温、热量和寒战反应。结果:温液体组患者较室温组肛温降低幅度小,无热量丢失、寒战反应发生率低。结论:预热静脉液体可以避免因输注液体温度低而引起的患者不适,还可以防止术中体温降低和热量丢失。
Objective: To observe the effect of infusion on body temperature in patients under different temperatures. Methods: Fifty-six cases of hysterectomy were randomly divided into warm liquid group and room temperature liquid group. Rectal temperature, caloric and chills reactions were recorded before and at the end of surgery and at 15, 30, 60 and 120 minutes after operation. Results: Compared with the room temperature group, the rectal temperature in the warm liquid group decreased less, no caloric loss, and the chilling reaction rate was lower. CONCLUSIONS: Preheating venous fluid avoids patient discomfort caused by low infusion fluid temperatures and also prevents a reduction in body temperature and calorie loss during surgery.
