蛇毒制剂目前已广泛应用于临床脑梗塞治疗。我科近几年应用蛇毒制剂——消栓灵治疗脑梗塞385例,临床疗效较好,报告如下。 1 材料与方法 均按照1986年中华医学会第二次全国学术会议提出的“各类脑血管病的诊断要点”诊断。其中男284例,女101例;年龄31～84(52.6)岁;病程3d以内58例,3～7d 195例,7～15d 96例,15d以上36例;进展性卒中286例,突发性卒中99例。入院后均给予消栓灵注射液治疗,每日1次,每次0.56～0.84U,加入生理盐水或5％葡萄糖液500ml中静 Snake venom preparations have been widely used in clinical treatment of cerebral infarction.
