截至2005年9月底,全省基层工会达到54893个,覆盖法人单位10．3万个；工会会员达771．9万人,全省职工人会率达77％。为顺应国企改革大势,省总工会对整体改制企业工会,及时办理更名手续；对联营、兼并的企业,重点理顺工会隶属关系；对重组企业,及时进行工会组织的重建；对跨地区经营企业工会组织领导关系,重点理顺工会组织领导管理体制。目前,全省国有企业工会组织的改建、重建率达到98％以上。
By the end of September 2005, the number of grassroots trade unions in the province had reached 54,893, covering 103,000 legal person units. The number of trade union members was 7,719,000, and the province’s staff and workers’ rate reached 77%. In order to comply with the general trend of reform in state-owned enterprises, the provincial labor unions reformed their trade unions in a holistic way and handled the procedures for the renaming in time; they focused on smoothing the affiliation with trade unions and mergers and reorganizations; rebuilding their trade unions in time; reorganizing cross- Trade union organizations lead the relationship, focusing on smoothing the leadership and management system of trade unions. At present, the reconstruction and reconstruction of the trade union organizations in the province’s state-owned enterprises have reached over 98%.
