中学体育教学是我国基础教育中的重要组成部分,是实现学生综合身体素质培养目标的关键阶段。针对中学生年龄、生理特点,现代中学教学活动中必须重视体育教育工作重要性。同时,针对传统体育教学方式存在的不足,加快教学方法改进与创新也是影响中学体育教学目标实现的关键因素。针对中学生身体素质现状及存在的问题,运用分组式教学模式能够调动中学生体育运动参与积极性,为提高身体素质奠定基础。本文就中学体育教学中的分组教学模式进行了分析与论述。
Physical education in middle school is an important part of basic education in our country and a crucial stage to achieve the goal of students’ comprehensive physical fitness training. According to the age and physiological characteristics of middle school students, the importance of physical education must be emphasized in modern middle school teaching activities. At the same time, aiming at the shortcomings of traditional PE teaching methods, accelerating the improvement and innovation of teaching methods is also the key factor that affects the realization of PE teaching objectives in middle schools. In view of the status quo and existing problems of middle school students’ physical fitness, the use of group teaching mode can mobilize the enthusiasm of middle school students in sports participation and lay the foundation for improving physical fitness. This article analyzes and discusses the teaching mode of grouping in middle school PE teaching.
