If nothing else, October 20, I will be standing at the 2013 Beijing Marathon starting point. This time I ran full horse. Yes, only those of us who have run the marathon will speak casually in the words of a horse or a horse. Although there was a serious lack of confidence in the air quality in Beijing on that day, I still struggled with the 30,000 others to qualify as “probably a human vacuum cleaner.” When I knew that these places were looted within 13 hours, there was also a hallucination of the jackpot. A year, unless the air pollution index burst table, most days, I will run for a run. For adults, no one will run for no reason. Most of the people around me run up, mostly because they think they have a psoriasis in some areas such as bad: or the shape is not enough bodybuilding, or inherently not tough enough.
