进行了镁橄榄石砂(粉)制造熔模铸造型壳的工艺研究,与石英砂(粉)型壳比较的结果表明,镁橄榄石砂(粉)型壳有较高的常温和高温强度,较低的残留强度、热膨胀率和热变形率,得到的铸件质量也较好。
The process of making investment cast shell with forsterite sand (powder) was studied. Compared with quartz sand (powder) shell, the results showed that the fossil olivine sand (powder) shell had higher normal temperature and high temperature strength, Lower residual strength, thermal expansion and thermal deformation rate, the resulting casting quality is better.
