“客户拜访”这项运动也许是销售中最重要和最经常发生的行为了。所谓销售,很多时候就是一次接一次的拜访组成的。大部分销售人员的大部分时间都在忙活这事。而且大部分销售人员的大部分时间也都浪费在这事上了。既然这个行为如此之重要,那就有必要下大功夫好好研究一下,所以接下来我会用一个系列的形式详细阐述客户拜访的各项步骤和相关技巧,以及包含在这些技巧里的销售思想。希望能够帮助大家提高客户拜访的有效性。
The “Customer Visits” campaign may be the most important and most frequently occurring behavior in sales. The so-called sales are often composed of visits one after another. Most of the sales staff are busy doing this. And most of the sales staff spend most of their time on this matter. Since this behavior is so important, it is necessary to make great efforts to study it.
