在对国内外生物质锅炉研究现状进行详细分析的基础上,在炉膛结构、二次给风、飞灰分离炉拱、烟气蓄热花墙等方面有所创新,研制出双炉室气化燃烧一体化环保型热水锅炉。该锅炉是适合于我国国情的、低成本的生物质燃料燃烧新技术和新产品。此项技术的研制成功对推广利用生物质能,改善目前我国煤烟型大气污染日益严重的状况具有重大的现实意义。
Based on a detailed analysis of the current research status of biomass boilers both at home and abroad, this paper has made some innovations in furnace structure, secondary air supply, fly ash separation furnace arch, flue gas storage wall and so on, and developed a dual-chamber gasification combustion Integrated environmental protection hot water boiler. The boiler is suitable for our national conditions, low-cost biomass fuel combustion new technologies and new products. The successful development of this technology is of great practical significance for promoting the utilization of biomass energy and improving the increasingly serious situation of soot-based air pollution in our country.
