本科自1980年10月～1983年6月对474例志愿绝育者施行经阴囊皮肤直接向输精管注射“504”混合剂绝育术。现将临床资料及随访结果报告如下。临床资料本组年龄最小28岁,最大45岁,30～40岁共420例,占88.7%。输精管穿刺成功率为96%(经实体感觉,输精管加压注气和注液试验等证实)。有8例(1.6%)并发精索小血肿(单侧)。随访结果286例获得随访(术后4～36个月),随访率为60.3%(286/474)。复查精液130例,
Undergraduate from October 1980 to June 1983, 474 cases of volunteer sterilization were performed through the scrotum skin to the vas deferens injected “504” mixture sterilization.
