为了适应我国油气田深井高浓度盐酸或土酸酸化压裂工艺的需要,用苯乙酮、苯胺、六次甲基四胺、丙炔醇等作原料,制成一种高温浓盐酸缓蚀剂—“7801”。在实验室内进行了常温常压、高温高压(150℃及150大气压)腐蚀试验、抗 H_2S 腐蚀和抗氢脆性能试验,以及夏天和冬天室温酸液长期浸泡试验。结果表明“7801”的缓蚀性能较好,可以供5km 深的油、气井在采用28%HCl 溶液酸化时用作缓蚀剂,而不必加碘化物。本文还对合成酮胺醛缩合物的反应及“7801”的缓蚀作用机理进行了初步探讨。
In order to meet the need of high concentration hydrochloric acid or acidizing fracturing in deep wells of oil and gas fields in China, acetophenone, aniline, hexamethylenetetramine and propargyl alcohol are used as raw materials to prepare a high temperature concentrated hydrochloric acid corrosion inhibitor - “7801”. In the laboratory at room temperature and pressure, high temperature and high pressure (150 ℃ and 150 atm) corrosion test, anti-H2S corrosion and hydrogen embrittlement resistance test, and summer and winter room temperature acid long-term immersion test. The results show that “7801” has better corrosion inhibition performance and can be used for oil and gas wells of 5km depth as a corrosion inhibitor when acidified with 28% HCl solution without adding iodide. In this paper, the reaction of keto-aldehyde condensate and the mechanism of corrosion inhibition of “7801” were also discussed.
