中间流体气化器(IFV)是液化天然气(LNG)浮式储存与再气化装置中关键设备之一。IFV较多采用丙烷的二相换热过程。为了减小气化器体积,本文提出了中间流体的单相换热流程。本文重点分析以乙二醇-水溶液作为中间流体的单相换热流程,并对流程中两个主要换热器进行设计。结果表明,与以丙烷为中间流体的流程相比,乙二醇-水溶液作为中间流体具有换热面积小、循环量少、泵功耗低、运行压力低、经济性好等优势。
The Intermediate Fluid Vaporizer (IFV) is one of the key equipment in a floating storage and regasification unit for liquefied natural gas (LNG). IFV more use of propane two-phase heat transfer process. In order to reduce the volume of the gasifier, this paper presents a single-phase heat exchange process of intermediate fluid. This article focuses on the single-phase heat exchange process with ethylene glycol-water as the intermediate fluid and designs the two main heat exchangers in the process. The results show that ethylene glycol - aqueous solution has the advantages of small heat exchange area, less circulation, low power consumption, lower operating pressure and lower cost as compared with the process of using propane as the intermediate fluid.
