本文笔者通过担任半工半读带队管理老师的实践经历,了解到参加半工半读学生思想道德方面存在厌学、学习目标不明确、缺乏敬业精神和社会责任感等问题。建议学校应该帮助学生树立正确思想认识,端正学习态度、鼓励学生自信、自强、自立,给以学生人文关怀、在生产和社会实践中给学生正确的思想道德教育,以帮助学生顺利完成半工半读过程。
The author of this article, through his practical experience as a management teacher with a part-time job, understands that there are such problems as being tired of learning, ambiguous learning objectives, lack of professionalism and social responsibility in participating in the work-study students’ ideological and ethical problems. Proposed schools should help students establish a correct understanding of the ideology, correct learning attitude, to encourage students to self-confidence, self-reliance, give students humane care, in production and social practice to students the correct ideological and moral education to help students successfully complete half work half Reading process.
