在课堂教学活动中,要重视提高教学质量,而课堂教学的有效性与提高教学质量、实现教学目的息息相关,因此,追求教学的有效性对于提高课堂教学质量具有重要意义。激励主要是指激发和鼓励。教师在课堂上注重激励能够激发学生的学习兴趣,使其产生一种内在的动力,从而积极主动地去学习。因此,生物教师在课堂上注重激励能够提高生物教学的有效性,使学生学有所得,同时也能使教学质量得到稳步提高。
In the classroom teaching activities, we should attach importance to improve the quality of teaching, and the effectiveness of classroom teaching and improve teaching quality, teaching purposes are closely related, therefore, the pursuit of effective teaching for improving the quality of classroom teaching is of great significance. Incentives mainly refers to inspiration and encouragement. Teachers in the classroom focus on motivation can stimulate students interest in learning, so that it has an inherent motivation to learn proactively. Therefore, focusing on the motivation of the biology teachers in the classroom can improve the effectiveness of the biology teaching so that the students can learn the benefits and at the same time, the teaching quality can be steadily improved.
