董仲舒是西汉时期的一代名儒,被世人称为“群儒之首”或“王佐之才”。他的思想体系博大精深,内容丰富。其思想体系当中的更化思想可谓是他思想的精华所在。董仲舒的更化思想主要包括:独尊儒术思想、经济思想、德治管理思想、法治管理管理思想、人事管理思想。其中董仲舒人事管理思想是其更化思想的亮点。董仲舒的人事管理思想奠定了中国封建统治阶级的用人制度的理论框架,对后世影响深远。
Dong Zhongshu was a generation of famous Confucianism in the Western Han Dynasty, and was called “the first person of Confucianism” or “Wang Zuozhi” by the world. His ideological system is profound and rich in content. The more thought in his ideological system is the essence of his thought. Dong Zhongshu’s more ideas include: respect for Confucianism, economic thought, management of virtue, management of the rule of law management, personnel management thinking. Which Dong Zhongshu personnel management thinking is the highlight of its more thought. Dong Zhongshu’s personnel management thought has laid down the theoretical framework for the employment system of the feudal ruling class in China and will have a far-reaching impact on future generations.
