为观察他汀类药物对血清甘油三酯的作用以及治疗前基础血清甘油三酯水平对其治疗作用的影响,本文分析了1994 年~1998 年期间进行的辛伐他汀和洛伐他汀两项多中心临床药物试验。治疗前血清总胆固醇≥5 .98 mmol/ L,甘油三酯≤4 .52 mmol/ L,按治疗前基础血清甘油三酯水平分组:辛伐他汀试验者166 例,口服辛伐他汀10 mg/d ;洛伐他汀试验者146例,口服洛伐他汀20 mg/d ,疗程均为8 周。结果发现,治疗前基础血清甘油三酯水平愈高,他汀类药物降低血清甘油三酯的作用愈明显,辛伐他汀和洛伐他汀降低血清甘油三酯的幅度均与治疗前基础血清甘油三酯水平呈正相关( r= 0 .3155 和r= 0 .3341 , P 均< 0 .01) 。结果提示,他汀类药物能有效地降低高甘油三酯血症患者的血清甘油三酯水平,其降低幅度与治疗前的基础血清甘油三酯水平有关。
