在新产品试制与工艺设备改造中,经常遇到单件或几件蜗轮的加工,其特点是数量少任务急。这时采用飞刀加工比制造蜗轮滚刀周期短,成本低。但一般工厂的滚齿机没有切向刀架,因此如何按展成原理,用手动调整方法加工出符合精度要求的多头蜗轮,是一个普遍性的问题。本文根据试验与实际加工经验,介绍在没有切向刀架的滚齿机上,用各种手动调整方法加工多头蜗轮的情况。
