白水峪水电站施工期间，曾遇到１９９５年４月２１日与１０月１９日水淹一期基坑的超标准洪水，１９９６年１１月１６日枯水期过坝洪水及１９９７年百年未遇的干旱，在公司、设计、监理协作下，顺利进行了导流与度汛，使主体工程施工未拖延工程进度，赢得各方肯定。
During the construction of Baishuiyu Hydropower Station, it encountered supernormal flood of foundation pit during flooding of April 21, 1995 and October 19, 1995, dams and floods during the dry season of November 16, 1996 and the drought that was not encountered in 1997 in a hundred years. In the company, design, supervision and coordination, smooth diversion and flood, so that the main project construction without delay project progress, won all the parties affirmed.
