目的建立并验证吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物的多组分分析方法。方法水样和内标注入吹扫捕集的吹扫管中,于室温下吹脱、捕集、解吸入毛细管气相色谱仪中,组分经程序升温色谱分离后用质谱仪检测,内标法定量测定。结果通过4家单位的验证,该方法在一定范围内有良好的线性关系;相关系数均≥0.999,相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.2%~7.9%之间,样品加标回收率在90%~112%之间。结论用吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱法测定水中苯甲醚和8种苯系物,方法操作简便,测定结果可靠,能满足水质日常检测工作的要求。
Objective To establish and validate a multi-component analytical method for the determination of anisole and 8 benzenes in water by purge and trap / gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods The water sample and internal standard were injected into the purge tube for purge and trap collection, stripped at room temperature, captured and desorbed into a capillary gas chromatograph. The components were separated by temperature-programmed chromatographic separation and detected by mass spectrometry. The internal standard method Quantitative determination. The results were validated by 4 institutes. The method showed a good linearity within a certain range. The correlation coefficients were both ≥0.999 with relative standard deviations (RSDs) between 0.2% and 7.9%. The recoveries of spiked samples ranged from 90% 112% between. Conclusions The method for the determination of anisole and 8 kinds of benzene compounds in water by purge and trap / gas chromatography-mass spectrometry is simple and easy to operate with reliable determination results and can meet the requirements of routine water quality testing.
