应用36Cl研究氯在烤烟器官中的分布。结果表明,各器官含氯量是:叶>茎>根,叶含氯量分别比根、茎高32.00%和28.00%。根、茎、叶吸收总氯量分别占全株总氯量的9.02%,19.12%和71.80%。随着施氯量的增加,烤烟叶含氯量增加,施5.0g/株氯,叶含氯量分别比对照(未施氯)和施1.0g/株,3.0g/株氯高24.30%,12.20%和8.54%。烤烟氯利用率随施氯量的增加而下降。施5.0g/株氯烤烟氯利用率比施1.0g/株、3.0g/株氯下降68.31%和32.10%。氯的烤烟干物重随施氯量的增加而增加,施3.0g/株氯,烤烟叶干物重比对照和施1.0g/株氯增加39.81%和32.92%。但施高氯(5.0g/株)烟叶干重反而下降,5.0g/株氯比施3.0g/株氯下降19.55%。
Application of 36Cl to study the distribution of chlorine in flue - cured tobacco. The results showed that the content of chlorine in each organ was: leaf> stem> root. The dry matter weight of flue-cured tobacco increased with the increase of chlorine application rate. The dry weight of flue-cured tobacco increased by 39.81% and 32.92% compared with the control and 1.0g / plant chlorine treatment. However, the leaf dry weight of Shihulin (5.0g / plant) decreased but that of 5.0g / plant chlorine decreased by 19.55%.
