机械通气患者易并发下呼吸道感染,需氧革兰氏阳性杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌是常见的致病菌。其中需氧革兰氏阴性杆菌占81%。我们对ICU所收治的56例机械通气并发下呼喊道感染患者的菌群进行了分析,探讨细菌菌群分布规律,指导临床用药,降低病死率。 1.材料与方法 资料来源 从1990~1995年,本科ICU共收治81例机械通气患者。参照1990年院内获得性支气管—肺感染试行诊断标准诊断,有56例符合院内获得性支气管—肺感染。其中男27例,女29例。平均年龄65.9±12.3岁(X±S)。死亡15例(26.8%)。机械通气时间为26.1±2.3天(XG±S),总住院天数为54.1天±1.9天(XG±S)。
Patients with mechanical ventilation complicated by lower respiratory tract infections, aerobic gram-positive bacteria and Staphylococcus aureus is a common pathogenic bacteria. Of which aerobic gram-negative bacilli accounted for 81%. We analyzed 56 cases of ICU admitted patients with respiratory tract shouted respiratory tract infection were analyzed to explore the distribution of bacterial flora, to guide the clinical medication and reduce mortality. 1. Materials and Methods Data sources From 1990 to 1995, undergraduate ICU were treated 81 cases of mechanical ventilation patients. Reference to the 1990 hospital acquired bronchial-lung infection diagnosis diagnostic criteria, 56 cases of hospital-acquired bronchial-lung infection. There were 27 males and 29 females. The mean age was 65.9 ± 12.3 years old (X ± S). 15 cases died (26.8%). The duration of mechanical ventilation was 26.1 ± 2.3 days (XG ± S) and the total number of hospital stays was 54.1 days ± 1.9 days (XG ± S).
