以某直升机齿轮传动系统为研究对象,用热网络法建立了该传动系统的热平衡方程组;建立了热阻、功率损失、对流换热的计算模型;用自行编制的热分析程序计算了给定工况下的功率损失、对流换热系数和稳态温度场,为该传动系统的瞬态热分析提供了初始条件。
Taking a helicopter gear transmission system as the research object, the thermal equilibrium equations of the transmission system were established by the thermal network method. The calculation models of thermal resistance, power loss and convection heat transfer were established.
