目的 :研究丹参生长发育规律及其与有效成分累积的关系 ,为建立科学的规范化栽培技术提供理论依据。方法 :丹参种苗移栽成活后 ,对生长一致的植株定点挂牌编号 ,每 2 0d取样 1次 ,测定各个生长发育阶段的根系与苗系的生长发育变化规律及其与丹参酮ⅡA、丹参素等有效成分含量累积的关系。结果与结论 :研究发现 ,种苗移栽成活后 ,苗系首先迅速生长 ,根系的快速生长期明显滞后于苗系 ,但其生长持续时间长 ;根系数量的变化呈现双“S”型增长曲线 ,快速增长期分别出现在移栽后的 30~ 70d和 14 0~ 2 0 0d 2个时间段。丹参素含量在移栽后14 0~ 180d达到最高水平 ,丹参酮ⅡA 最高含量出现在移栽后的 10 0~ 12 0d。
Objective: To study the growth and development of Salvia miltiorrhiza and its relationship with the accumulation of active ingredients, and to provide a theoretical basis for the establishment of scientific and standardized cultivation techniques. Methods: After the transplanting of Salvia miltiorrhiza seedlings, the plants with consistent growth were fixedly listed and numbered every 20 days. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The results showed that after transplanting seedlings, the seedlings grew rapidly at first, and the rapid growth period of root significantly lagged behind that of the seedlings. The change of the root number showed a double “S” growth curve , The rapid growth period appeared in the 30 ~ 70d after transplanting and 14 0 ~ 200d two time periods. The content of Danshensu reached the highest level at 14 0 ~ 180 d after transplanting, and the highest content of tanshinone Ⅱ A appeared after 10 0 ~ 120 d after transplanting.
