目的：比较测定冬虫夏草中甘露醇含量两种不同方法的优缺点。方法：采用比色法与容量法分别测定标准品甘露醇和三种天然虫草及金水宝原料粉的甘露醇含量，并进行比较。结果：比色法与容量法测定标准品甘露醇含量准确度高，重现性好；测定不同天然虫草和金水宝原料中甘露醇含量，容量法测定值高于比色法；但各种材料两法测定值之比接近，而不同胶囊剂的甘露醇含量之比不恒定，波动大。结论：比色法测定虫草中甘露醇含量比容量法更可靠，且快速简捷。
Objective: To compare the advantages and disadvantages of two different methods for determination of mannitol in Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: The content of mannitol in standard mannitol, three kinds of natural Cordyceps sinensis and raw materials of Jinshuibao were determined by colorimetry and volumetric method, respectively, and compared. Results: Compared with colorimetric method, the content of mannitol in different natural Cordyceps sinensis and Jinbao Bao raw materials was higher than that of colorimetric method; The ratio between the two methods is close, but the ratio of mannitol in different capsules is not constant and fluctuates greatly. Conclusion: The method of colorimetric determination of mannitol in Cordyceps is more reliable and quicker than the volumetric method.
