认知无线电由于其灵活的频谱使用和智能参数重配置能力,引起了国内外的广泛关注。目前认知无线电(CR)大部分的研究都集中在动态频谱访问上,而认知无线电智能学习与决策研究正起步并逐步受到重视。现对认知无线电智能技术,包括学习方法、知识表示、智能决策方法等进行了描述,并介绍了CR智能学习决策的研究现状。通过对两类CR智能学习决策方法的分析研究,指出基于学习的决策方法能更好地实现认知无线电适应新环境的能力。
Cognitive radio has attracted wide attention both at home and abroad because of its flexible spectrum usage and intelligent parameter reconfiguration. At present, most of the research on cognitive radio (CR) focuses on dynamic spectrum access, while the cognitive radio intelligent learning and decision-making research is beginning to be gradually valued. The cognitive radio intelligent technology, including learning methods, knowledge representation, intelligent decision-making methods are described, and the research status of CR intelligent learning decision-making is introduced. Through the analysis of two kinds of CR intelligent learning decision-making methods, it is pointed out that the learning-based decision-making method can better realize the cognitive radio’s ability to adapt to the new environment.
